Schedule: Full-time locum position with flexible scheduling options including 8-hour, 10-hour, and 12-hour shifts. 40 hours guaranteed per week. Call coverage required: one weeknight per month and one weekend rotation.

• 17 main operating rooms, 7 day surgery center rooms, plus specialty areas including cath labs, endoscopy, and radiology
• CRNA performs spinal blocks only; no regional anesthesia required

• Patient population primarily adolescent, adult, and geriatric (90%+ over age 12)
• 12-month initial assignment with opportunity to return after 6-month break period

Requirements:

• Active Idaho state license (highly preferred) or ability to obtain
• NBCRNA certification required
• Idaho DEA and CSR required
• BLS certification current
• COVID-19 vaccination documentation required
• Full-time availability required; must not require monthly travel breaks
• Willingness to participate in call rotation (mandatory)
• Proficiency in conducting independent pre-operative assessments
• Experience with trauma cases preferred
