We are seeking hospitality-driven Counter Servers & Baristas at our Burlington International Airport (BTV) location that have guest service experience for part-time and full-time positions.

If you’re passionate about food service, have restaurant experience, and are available for early morning shifts (4AM-12PM), we’d love to hear from you!

What Servers and Baristas bring to the table:

• Availability for early morning hours (4AM-12PM) with reliable transportation.
• Reliable, honest, respectful, and supportive of others.
• Engaging, warm, and welcoming communication skills and presence.
• A passion for serving others with the spirit of hospitality.
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment without sacrificing presentation, quality, or cleanliness. 
• Self-motivated achiever interested in taking on additional roles and responsibilities.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, holidays, afternoons, and evenings.
• Motivated to learn quickly and grow in a professional, team-oriented environment. 
• 18 years old or older (a requirement for sellers of alcoholic beverages in the State of Vermont)

Job Responsibilities:

• Guest Service:
• Providing gracious hospitality to guests
• Crafting delicious beverages and serving high-quality food
• Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of all menu items
• Operations:
• Performing opening and closing duties
• Prepping, restocking, cleaning, and sanitizing to maintain a pleasant, safe environment for team members and guests
• Handling multiple beverage and food orders simultaneously so orders are served together and meet targeted ticket times
• Washing dishes
• Utilizing recipes and portion control
• Balancing high volume with high quality
• Working in a team-oriented, collaborative manner
• Ability to obtain a Vermont Department of Liquor and Lottery (VDLL) 1st Class License Certification.
• Ability to pass a post-offer, pre-employment, fingerprint-supported, criminal background check is required for this position.
