Integral Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT) is an effective and simple method to neutralize trauma stored in the brain.

IEMT uses eye movements to 'reset' unpleasant experiences and remove the emotional charge from the memory. IEMT is a powerful intervention in which eye movements help with transformation. IEMT helps you to let go of or process unpleasant experiences. And to properly integrate positive insights. The result of an IEMT session is a feeling of liberation, enlightenment and well-being. IEMT works from the emotional experience and searches for the first time that this specific emotional experience is stored in the memory. Contact is made again with the memory and the experience and how the brain has stored it. The memory is 'reset' by eye movements (following a hand or pointing movement). The story, or even naming the feeling, is not necessary to solve the cause.

How does it work?
From the emotional experience, you go back to the first memory with this feeling with the help of a number of questions. Then you make eye movements. The story, or even naming the feeling, is not necessary to solve the cause. You repeat this with every feeling and every association.

The client then returns to the present, without the old triggers and reactions. This often leads to an upgrade of the identity: old programs are transformed into a freer life and new way of being.

In addition to working with eye movements, we are working on raising awareness of the impact of physiology on mood. This gives the client more control over his/her state of mind.
