The fastest way to learn something is to experience something yourself or teach it to someone else. Mirroring, reflecting and feedback are the tools for in-depth learning as a team or as a professional. I supervise at team and individual level.

Team supervision has two goals: deepening professionalism as a team or deepening specific themes that strengthen the team. I see a team as a non-coincidental group that has potential on many levels. I work a lot from a systemic point of view and from the ideas of Dr. Je Dispenza. My experience is in guiding teams of care providers.

Individually, my experience lies in guiding prospective (body-oriented) therapists, decision makers, coaches and care professionals. Supervision is aimed at learning about the people and situations that make you think, irritate, bother or get stuck. I supervise groups of body oriented psychotherapists as wel as (job)coaches. I am also a supervisor for a wide range of teams in companies, from start-ups to the executive team of major organisations
