We are intelligent: we have our brain, a heart, the wisdom of our body and also that which drives or inspires us has intelligence. In my years of experience as a practitioner, supervisor, trainer and discussion partner, I always discover that people are infinitely wise. I therefore see therapy, guidance or coaching as a path to one's own wisdom. In order to be in your wisdom, you need connection with yourself. But how do you do that when you feel like you're stuck somewhere? That you get stuck or blocked? Then the first approach to freeing it up again is to get out of the cramp.

I base my work on energy and intelligence. In addition to an IQ, we have EQ, FQ, HQ and SQ. We also have a lot of energy, such as life energy. Both are inexhaustible as sources from which you can work, live and love.

EQ: is the extent to which you can acknowledge and recognize emotions of yourself and others. With yourself and also with others, so that you can deal with it well. It's not about being able to do that already, it's about being able to develop it.

HQ: Recent research shows that both the intestines and the heart contain memory cells. so they have small brains and can 'think'. HQ is about the ability to connect, love and forgive.

SQ: the S stands for the word spirituality. By that I don't mean what most people will think. To me it means what drives you from within. Your passions, your desires, your ability to collaborate and your ability to create from a 'must'.

I work from 'senses' and especially from my heart. In contact with another person, you get to know yourself best. And you also get to know the best of yourself.
